Tile Source One Terms of Sale

 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Payments processed with credit/debit cards will incur a 3% transaction fee. Payments by check will require a 7-10 day hold before release of material.
Zelle, ACH, wire transfer and cash are also accepted.

There is a minimum order of 5 boxes on all field tile or products sold by the box. Products sold by each require a minimum purchase of 10. This includes decorative products, sheet mounted goods, trim pieces, etc.
Please be sure to order more than enough material to complete the project.

Shade and finish can vary and is typical in natural and manmade finishes.
We do our best to educate our customers about what they are purchasing prior to shipment.
We provide product consultations, current lot samples as well as range photos to best depict the material.

Although orders are packed with the utmost care for transit, breakage during shipping can occur in tile, stone and glass finishes. Under 5% breakage is acceptable in shipping this type of product. In this occurrence, sometimes damaged pieces can be used for cuts. No refunds or replacements will be given for damage under 5% of the product.

Always order an additional 15% and round up to the next full box. Being short on material can cause substantial delays and additional costs and no guarantee that the matching shade will be available for add on orders.

There are many logistical variables in each transaction and shipping rates are likely to fluctuate. We work with a variety of freight companies offering competitive shipping and delivery options. Additional shipping charges will be added to your order based on these variables.

In the event that the wrong material is received, Tile Source One must be notified within 72 hours by email to info@tilesourceone.com. Please include invoice number and photos of the incorrect product. Allow 24-48 hours for our team to respond. Once verified, TS1 will arrange shipment of the correct product and pick up of the wrong material.
If the correct product is unavailable or cannot be shipped within seven days of the claim, a refund or exchange will be offered.

In the event that there is substantial damage to the order (5% or more), Tile Source One must be notified via email within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment. Email info@tilesourceone.com providing invoice number, approximate amount of breakage and photos showing damaged material. Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to respond.
Once claim is reviewed and approved, a refund for damaged material or replacement material will be offered.

Only unopened boxes will be considered for return in these instances.

Inspect all materials thoroughly upon delivery and report any issues within 72 hours.

Absolutely NO CLAIMS will be considered AFTER product has been INSTALLED.
